INTERHOUSE ATHLETICS

Well done to Falcon house for turning up the heat in the track events, leading to a surge from 4th position after the field events, to win the 2020 Interhouse Athletics competition on Saturday 29 February.

As the Falcon Captains Tadiwa Mwayera and George Mutavayi proudly hoisted the Hillcrest Relay Cup and Suleman Overall Winner’s Trophy, the Falcon Mums lifting their coffee mugs after winning the mum’s fun relay, you couldn’t help but wonder were such a comeback ranks in the history of Interhouse events at Hillcrest.

This was certainly a unique event, with an exciting relay that saw the other 3 houses tied on 40 points apiece, whilst Falcon claimed the Hillcrest Relay Cup with 48 points!
