04 May 2nd Term Begins…
It is great to be back at school. The April holiday was short, but it did give us a time to recahrge our batteries and refocus for the second term.

On a sad note, we started the term bidding farewell to Mrs Julie Madzudzo, who has gone to join Wise Owl Primary School, Westgate Division as a Deputy Head. Mrs Madzudzo had been with Hillcrest for the past 14 years, and was Laverock Hostel Parent by the time of her departure. We wish her and her family all the best.
With Mrs Madzudzo’s departure, we would like to congratulate Mrs Maureen Chiremba on her new post as Laverock House Parent. At the same time, we welcome Mr Edgar Mlambo, returning from retirement to assist us with our Grade 4 class. May their time in fulfilling their duties be pleasant!
We are hoping for a lovely term, praying to God that Covid does not rear its ugly head again, and we can go through all our academics, sporting and cultural activities without disturbances. Simba Mate!
