INTER-HOUSE ATHLETICS 2021 RESULTS

A very different Interhouse Athletics Competition without the presence of parents, but the excitement and energy was the same throughout the 2 days.  Participants battled for their houses and competition was stiff in all track and field events. It was a great honour to have the Principal Mr Fernandes gracing the event.

       New Record – Tawananyasha Chakonda, Harrier House (2021), 4.78m
  • U9 Girls 75m – Old Record – S. Hallowes (1994), 12.45s
       New Record –  Rose Mbona, Falcon House, (2021) – 11.90s
  • U11 Boys 75m – Old Record – Neel Malde (2020) – 11.06s
       New Record –  Nyasha Sango Eagle House, (2021) – 10.65s
  • O13 Boys High Jump – Old Record – T. Marufu (2014) & Takudzwa Damba (2020) – 1.4m
          New Record – Steve Nyamande, Kestrel House (2021), 1.44m

In the end, the Overall Positions were:

4th Kestrel – 180 points;
3rd Harrier – 191 points;
2nd Eagle -216 points and
1st Falcon – 225 points.
